Unleash Your Best Wildlife Shots at the Global Photography Showdown

The Global Wildlife Fair is pleased to announce its 2025 International Photo Awards, a prestigious competition showcasing the art of wildlife photography, specifically of wild mammals. Worldwide photographers are invited to capture the essence of mammalian life, increasing understanding and appreciation for these animals.

Theme for Competition: Wild Mammals

Photographers should explore the diverse mammal world, capturing their behaviors, habitats, and challenges. Six distinct categories are included in the competition.

Faces of the Wild: Striking portraits highlighting the unique features and personalities of wild mammals are showcased.

Wild Instincts: Showcase dynamic interactions and behaviors, encompassing nurturing and survival.

Show mammals in their natural homes, highlighting healthy ecosystems and the success of rewilding.

Climate Impact: Show how climate change affects mammals, such as changes in migration and habitat loss.

Mammalian adversity from human impact and protective conservation efforts are highlighted in this discussion of threats, challenges, and conservation.

Unveiling the hidden nocturnal world of mammals, “Creatures of the Night” showcases their amazing adaptations to darkness.

Recognition and awards

Monetary prizes and certificates will be awarded in each category of the competition.

$300 and a certificate will be awarded to the winner.

Second place receives $150 plus a certificate.

Appreciation Award: A $100 gift certificate will be awarded.

Eighteen awards will be given, with winning photos shown at the Global Wildlife Fair, greatly boosting photographers’ visibility.

Advantages for participants

Certificates will be given to all participants, who can also buy a discounted booklet of all entries. Participants get exclusive webinar access and fair tickets; selected images will be showcased at the exhibition. A networking dinner will be held for winners, providing a chance to connect with industry professionals and fellow enthusiasts.

Information about submitting

Three photographs may be submitted with a $30 USD or INR 2500 entry fee.

Eligibility:  The age range for applicants is 25 to 60 years.

Timeline: We accept submissions between February 1 and September 15, 2025. October’s first week brings winner notifications; awards follow in the fourth week of October 2025.

This competition showcases artistic talent while promoting conservation and raising awareness of challenges facing wild mammals. Photographer participation fosters global discussion about wildlife conservation and sustainable coexistence.
